Once your return has arrived in our warehouse you can get a refund of the payment within 7 working days. We will initiate a refund to the payment method used to make your purchase. For Order Refund inquiries, please email support@verniershop.com.
Yes your second order can be cancelled if a member of our staff is notified within 24 hours after purcahse. Please reach out to support@verniershop.com with subjest line (duplicate order - cancel order). You may also call +1 850-403-3534. We are available Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm EST.
But please note that once the order has been shipped out, it can't be canceled anymore.
A: If your order status shows as delivered but you haven't received it yet, here are some steps you can take:
1. Check with other recipients
Your order could have been received by other members of your household, guards, receptionists, or lobby personnel on your behalf. You may also check mailbox and with neighbours.
2. Check your local pick up points
Your order could be at your local pick up point. A simple google search of your area will show you them.
3. Contact the seller or courier service
You can directly contact the logistics partner.
If you received a call or SMS from the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Rider, consider reaching out to them to ask about your package. This may be due to the wrong tagging of orders.
4. Check your delivery address
Ensure that your delivery address is correct. On the order details page and order confirmation email, you can view your delivery address.
5. Raise a refund request
You may raise a refund request for non-receipt of the order as long if it has been over 14 days after you ordered it. Please reach out to support@verniershop.com we will respond to your query within business hours (Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm EST). You may also call +1 850-403-3534. We are available Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm EST.
When your order is ready to ship, we assign the UPS tracking number. Until UPS scans that number and loads your project into the truck, it will show up as invalid.
If you attempt to track your order, try it after 8 pm ET or the following business day for best results.

Due to an unusually high volume of inquiries, we may need more time than normal to answer to your call. We apologize in advance for any delays and appreciate your patience and understanding.

- If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us via email or phone call within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a full refund. IMPORTANT. - The sale or discounted items are considered final sales and cannot be returned for store credit or refunded to the original form of payment. Exchanges

My order arrived damaged or it's missing.
- If you receive a broken or damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report to us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we will issue you a replacement item or a complete refund. If you want to send it back to us we will pay fully for the shipping costs. If your order appears to be missing but your tracking information indicates your order was delivered, we recommend that you contact your local carrier to confirm if the item was delivered. What is the estimated transit/ shipping time?
- The estimated time of transit/shipping is 3-5 days. We deliver Monday-Sunday. For orders within the US. Currently, we do not offer shipping outside the US. We offer FREE shipping on all orders!!

- The estimated time of delivery is 4-7 days for orders within the US.

Yes! Your post-purchase email includes your order tracking number (this is sent to you typially within 2-4 days after ordering - unless there is high demand) and a link to our tracking tool. The micro CPAP comes in a standard size and should fit most people. If it doesn't fit please use vaseline!
To ensure you get enough air pressure make sure the CPAP is securly inserted into your nostrils. The use of vaseline can also help.

We apologize you're having issues setting up your new mini tracker. This is a powerful tracker that needs a little extra work to set up properly..
