    Returns & Refunds

    We offer 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Return Policy. If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us via email or phone call within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a full or partial refund (if applicable). The sale or discounted items are considered final sales and cannot be returned for store credit or refunded to the original form of payment.     Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.
    The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply give us a call during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

    You are able to cancel your order 24 hours after placing it before the order is shipped out for a full refund. All you need to do is email us at support@verniershop.com to cancel within the time period.

    If your return is approved by our team we will send you a return label (with a tracking number) to send the package back too our warehouse.

    Shipping

    Average transit times within the US: 3-5 days. Currently, we do not offer shipping outside the US.     We currently ship all of our products from our warehouses in US.

    All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email under the address support@verniershop.com.

    Yes! Your post-purchase email includes your order tracking number (this is sent to you typially within 2-4 days after ordering - unless there is high demand) and a link to our tracking tool. Simply copy the tracking number provided within the post-purchase email and paste it into the tracking tab. Once you hit enter your tracking information will be available to you.     We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

    We currently do not offer cash on delivery when you purchase online.

    Product Information

    If you receive a broken or damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please let us know within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we will issue you a replacement item or a full refund. If you decide you wish to have a product replacement we will send you the correct product, along with a pre-paid shipping label in order for you to be able to return the wrong item at no additional cost for you. IMPORTANT. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. If your order appears to be missing but your tracking information indicates your order was delivered, we recommend that you contact your local carrier to confirm if the item was delivered.     For apparel and clothing items only - If you for any reason ordered an item in the wrong size or just changed your mind and wish to return it, you will be charged the cost of the return plus a 30% restocking fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and restocking fees will be deducted from your refund. Before you complete your purchase, please be sure to review the sizing chart for more information on how to order your garments in the correct size. 

    Our products are made largely in the USA with the exception of some products in which they are made in Asia.

    The micro CPAP comes in a standard size and should fit most people. If it doesn't fit please use vaseline!

     

    To ensure you get enough air pressure make sure the CPAP is securly inserted into your nostrils. The use of vaseline can also help.

    You may have received the manual version due to a warehouse mistake. You can send us an email at support@verniershop.com to request a replacement.

     

    • How to retract the hiking stick? By tapping the end of the stick against the floor.

    We apologize you're having issues setting up your new mini tracker. This is a powerful tracker that needs a little extra work to set up properly.. In order to activate this unit you will need a SIM card (not included). You can get one completely free with giffgaff international here. https://www.giffgaff.com/freesim-international

    You will just have to top it up with whatever they need. So no monthly! Make sure you click “sim only”.

     HOW TO USE SMILE VENEERS

    • Soak the eucommia glue in boiling water and heat it to a transparent color

    • Use tweezers to spread the eucommia glue evenly in the dentures.

    • After waiting for the temperature to drop to a safe range, install the dentures on the teeth, press the fingers or bite the teeth to make the eucommia glue fit the teeth, wait for the temperature to drop and solidify, and wear it successfully. 

    This should be repeated several times until the desired shape is acheived (most customers need to repeat this on average 5 times!)
