FAQ's:
1. Does not take off
Before taking off, please charge the battery completely.
2. The helicopter would not lift off and the top rotor would not rotate.
The outer hollow shaft and the blade holder are loosely attached by screws. Verify that the screws holding the outer hollow shaft and the blade holder are tight and positioned in relation to the inner shaft.
3. The controls don't operate properly.
(1) Would you kindly replace the batteries and align the remote control and the helicopter's band selection to the same frequency?
The same distant frequency interference is present in the vicinity (2). Your RC helicopter should be placed in a reasonably open space.
4. After the helicopter was used for the first time, the on/off switch snapped off when it was turned off again.
Turn off the on/off switch by pushing too hard because it is brittle.
5. The battery lost its ability to maintain a charge, even after being charged for more than an hour beyond what was required.
The battery, charging cord, or port is broken. We provide a substitute.
