I thought this would be good to remind me to have good posture. It's really uncomfortable, however, so I am not terribly inclined to wear it, which does nothing for my posture. There is NO instruction on how tight to make it, or how to ease into wearing it, or anything. I imagined that it was an actual health-oriented product, but it's just a set of straps if they don't include any instruction with it. It seems well-enough made, and it's easy to adjust with the velcro straps, but I'm not loving it so far...

Once it's on and adjusted, it's not so bad, however it's very tricky to get out of LOL. I was expecting worse. I loosened it up pretty far and put it on, and it was pretty tight already so I didn't tighten it up any more, and once I got the wrinkles out of my shirt and the sleeves pulled through, it was not so bad. I am overweight at 6' 220# so I'm closer to the upper end of its range. I could feel it pulling my shoulders back into proper posture but there is also some give and elasticity if you need to reach for something. It doesn't do anything for holding your head back but it is a reminder to do it on your own. It is wearable and I will give it a fair shot starting out at 20 minutes per day as recommended. I'm happy with it and the recommended price was pretty low for a quality made brace, there were no defects. Thanks for the product.

I sit working everyday. I expect to have a posture corrector for a while.(1) The posture corrector fits my requirement: tight my body straight during working.(2) The posture corrector has rubber like surface inside (close to the skin). It is comfortable.(3) It took me a while to figure out how to wear it. Wearing it is not difficult. But first of all one need to read the picture to learn which side is correct.* I noticed it is a 3M product. I feel the quality should be very reliable.

This is a wonderful upper back posture corrector. It looks like one of those James Bond gun holsters, but it's much more useful. Get it loose and then put it on and tighten it up until you feel your shoulders pull back and you look like you actually work out.Ok, all kidding aside, this is kinda great to make you realize that you aren't holding a proper posture. The amount of tightening is great, since you can slowly pull your shoulders back each day. Hopefully this will eventually make me less hunched.

Many seniors walk hunched over, and it makes them look older and less healthy. Until recently, I've been okay with my posture. But now in my late 60's, i feel like that's changing.I'm wearing this for the 1st time. It's very lightweight. Once positioned, I found it easy enough to adjust. I absolutely feel like it's pulling my shoulders back to where they should be and it's making me more aware of my posture. It was pretty comfortable over my shirt for the 1st 10 minutes or so. After that, it did start to rub near my underarms so I don't think I'd wear it under my clothing.I think this will, at the very least, help me maintain my posture. I feel hopeful that it will improve over time.
