    Important Note:
    This coverage does not apply to orders marked as delivered. For lost or stolen items, please file a claim directly with the last-mile courier responsible for the delivery.

    2. Lifetime Warranty

    The warranty applies only to customers with an active continuous rewards subscription. For customers without a subscription, claims can only be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

    The warranty covers defects related to the appearance (cosmetic) or functionality (mechanical) of the item, provided the damage is not caused by improper use or normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear includes gradual damage from regular use, such as scuffs or fading.

    Exclusions/Exceptions:

    • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

    • Claims for damage due to normal wear and tear will not be accepted.
